Bruut mousserende wijn 12°
Bruut is een toegankelijke stijl mousserende wijn van het wijndomein Bruut Winery (voorheen Dappersveld-Woestijn) gelegen dichtbij Trionfo (500 m wandelafstand). Deze wijn is een blend van hun verschillende wijngaarden, inbegrepen de wijngaard gelegen aan het Kasteel van Gaasbeek. De basis cuvée die een rijping sur lattes krijgt van 15 tot 18 maanden. De druiven worden met de grootste zorg geteeld en handgeplukt. Met het grootste respect voor de natuur en omgeving. Onze BRUUT is ongeslepen elegant!

Timmermans Oude Gueuze 6,7°
Timmermans Oude Gueuze is a blend of young and old lambics, which has aged respectively 1 and 3 years in oak barrels. Bottle refermented with distinct brett aromas, balanced acidity and notes of red apple, citrus and oak.

Timmermans Oude Kriek 6,7°
Timmermans Oude Kriek is a blend of old and young barrel-aged lambic in which 400g/l of cherries have matured. Bottle refermented, its cherry aroma is intense, the acidity sharp yet balanced by the roundness of the fruit.

Lindemans Oude Gueuze Cuvée René 6,7°
This old gueuze is a blend of old and young lambic matured in large oak barrels called foudres. It is then bottled in a beautiful champagne bottle where a second fermentation takes place. Brewed at 4 km from Trionfo.

Belgian rounder IPA with lots of exotic fruit aromas. Brewed with: - Barley malt - Wheat malt. Intensively dry hopped with exotic hops with extreme floral and fruity aromas. Notes of litchi, grapefruit, passion fruit.
