Beer center, De Lambiek, Beersel

Visitor Centre 'De Lambiek' has an exhibition area were you discover how lambic is brewed and which ingredients are used in the process. Furthermore, the history of lambic beer is outlined in detail. The eleven traditional lambic breweries and geuze blenderies that are members of HORAL - the Dutch acronym for the High Council for Artisanal Lambic Beers - are each presented in their own display. You can enjoy sampling the various types of Oude Geuze, Oude Kriek and other regional beers in our cosy tasting room.
