About us

Trionfo is a guesthouse in Gaasbeek, Belgium located next to the castle of Gaasbeek. The name of the guesthouse is inspired by the arch which was built on the domain of the castle in 1813 during the period when marquis Paul Arconati (1754 - 1821) was the owner of the castle and the domain. The Italian was an ardent admired of Napoleon and he saw the construction of the triumphal arch as a tribute to Bonaparte. The arch was supposed to be the starting point of a connecting road to Paris but it never got to that point.

We, Anneleen and Filip, grew up in Gaasbeek and are outdoor enthusiasts while enjoying the diversity of nature. Sharing this experience is one of our values. Trionfo wants to be a good base for outdoor fans and business people. Outdoor physical activities or a business workplace can be combined with a relaxing surrounding. Trionfo has a clean, minimalistic interior combined with a touch of natural wood and creates open space towards the outside nature.

Modern inner with low distraction, social room for breakfast, bar to taste local drinks, relax area for some games, and indoor bike storage with repair shop. Thanks to home intelligence a high level of autonomy during your stay is guaranteed while guarding sustainability.

The large Trionfo garden invites to catch some rays, meet our cows, enjoy panoramic outdoor view, or have a stroll in the fruit orchard.
