ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE

Check in: 4:00 pm – 10:00 pm

Check out: 07:00 am – 11:00 am

Trionfo reserves the right to handover the entrance badge by using a locker which is available near the indoor bike storage door which can be entered by using the sloped path on the right side of the guesthouse

Trionfo informs locker code upon reservation confirmation mail

Late check-out: if you leave after 1:00 pm, an extra night will be charged

PAYMENT

All our prices are for overnight stays including breakfast and free parking (if available)

Open invoices have a payment that is due within 14 days of issue

To confirm your reservation we ask for online payment upon reservation, cancellation of your stay is possible until 4 days in advance (before 4:00 PM) by sending email to info@trionfo.be

Changes to the invoice can be dealt with up until the moment of checking out

Unfortunately, the reservations system does not allow us to do any more changes after check-out

Each reservation made confirms your acceptance of our terms and conditions as described on this page

In case of booking for longer period than four consecutive nights, please send email to info@trionfo.be for special rates

NON-SMOKING

We have a 100% no-smoking policy, smoking in the building is not accepted and a surcharge of 200 euro will be applicable in case of infringement

ACCESSIBILITY

There is a central staircase that connects all accomodations, social room, and relax area

The ground level room can be entered without using the stairs

A door step of 15 cm needs to be taken to enter ground level room

Same is valid for entry to the reception, a door step of 15 cm is present

ANIMALS

We have a love for animals but we have decided not to allow them in our guesthouse

LIABILITY CLAIMS

Trionfo is not liable to claims of theft or damage or loss of goods that are in the guesthouse or at the parking, you are responsible for your own belongings at all times

A € 200 cleaning fee will be applied if the notices about our pet-free/smoking-free guesthouse are disregarded

Any damages to rooms or the hotel premises or items missing will be charged

NUMBER OF GUESTS

All our rooms are equipped for a maximum of two people, except the ground level accommodation 0 that has extra capacity for one adults or two children

If more individuals are staying in a room that have not been accounted for when booking the room, an extra cost will be charged

EVENT ROOM

The duration, available services, and spaces are according to the agreed offer and must additionally be respected

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

For an individual booking: the entire stay will only be refunded if cancellations is made earlier than 4 days before arrival date (3:00 pm) by sending email to info@trionfo.be

For example: if you would like to cancel your stay inf five days, you should cancel latest tomorrow before 3:00 pm

From 4 rooms we speak of a group booking, different cancellation conditions apply here:

4 – 0 days before arrival: 100%

21 – 5 days before arrival: 50%

+21 days before arrival: € 25

Disputes can only be judged by the court of the district of Halle, Belgium

PANDEMICS

The above cancellation conditions always apply, you can cancel flexible rates free of charge up to 4 days before arrival (check in time = 3:00 pm)

If the Belgian government imposes a national travel ban on a pandemic for the district of Vlaams-Brabant or a decision is taken at municipal level, no costs will be charged for the duration of the measure

If national borders were to be closed, all international travel could also be cancelled free of charge

Trionfo can cancel the reservation free of charge at any time in case of force majeure or unforeseen circumstances
